STEM Education Resources
Provide real-world hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) experiences for K-12 students to encourage them to consider careers in STEM. Exposing students to enhanced STEM education and giving them opportunities to explore STEM-related concepts, addresses the local need of decreasing the poverty rate in our community by increasing the number of high school graduates with 21st century job skills ready for local in-demand, high-wage STEM careers and/or STEM-related post-secondary education.
STEAM Engine
"The STEAM Engine is an interactive learning experience for students and teachers. The goal is to provide innovative solutions to computer science and STEM instruction, and also connect our schools to our community. The STEAM Engine will visit churches, neighborhoods, schools, and community events. We are grateful to the Foundation for helping us close the gap between the schools and our families while creating an out of this world learning experience."
